Commissioners adopt agenda and adjourn after unanimous votes

The Franklin County Board of Commissioners opened its Sept. 4 meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and immediately moved through routine business. Commissioner Zach Stewart moved to adopt the agenda; Commissioner Zan Bowles seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
