Staff updated the board that an emergency tile-replacement project at J. Stroup in the Henry Grove Watershed was completed last week. The contractor, Pence Group, did the work and staff said the project caused minimal crop damage—"I believe it's, 1.99 acres of crop damage"—based on drone measurements.
