Northern Wayne Community Library tells commissioners it will not pursue consolidation

The Wayne County Commissioners received correspondence from James Cordner, president of the Northern Wayne Community Library Board of Directors, informing the board that the library "has decided as of August 17, 2026, that the library will not be participating in any consolidation at this time."
