The Wayne County Commissioners voted unanimously to approve and submit the 2025-26 Rights and Services Act (RASA) and Victims of Juvenile Offenders (VOJO) non-competitive grant request in the amount of $40,400. The motion was made by Commissioner Brian W. Smith and seconded by Commissioner Jocelyn Cramer.
