Trustee Morgan Place moved to table Draw Request Pay Apps #9 and #10 and Change Order Requests #2 and #3 related to the Village's wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project; Trustee Rebecca Coley seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. The board took the action to defer payment approvals and change-order consideration pending further review.
