Clay County approves DevNet tax-collection software; commissioners set 2027 target for implementation
After a multi-step RFP process, the commission approved a 5.5-year contract with DevNet to replace the county's tax-collection software and to support implementation of SB190 senior-tax changes; staff said the initial install is roughly $550,000 and the system is intended to be operational for the 2027 tax year.
