The full story
County staff and UCF representatives presented the 2026 campus development agreement (CDA) for UCF’s main campus, required by state law after adoption of the university’s campus master plan. The CDA specifies the campus context area, public‑facility responsibilities (stormwater, potable water, sanitary sewer, parks, and roadways) and partnership projects to address off‑campus deficiencies.
