The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved the first reading of proposed changes to Chapter 3 of the county code, which addresses county supervisor districts and election precinct boundaries, and then voted to waive the second and third readings. Supervisor Kim Chapman moved approval and Supervisor Brad Golightly seconded; the motions passed unanimously.
