Staff described PC 7 (PDE267956) as a master-planned unit development (MPUD) rezoning request by the Times Publishing Company to allow commercial and industrial redevelopment on approximately 8.5 acres west of US 19; staff recommended approval with conditions and the item was placed on the consent agenda.
