Angie Wallace, representing the owners, said the Jewell Acres minor subdivision combines two parcels (one east parcel added by deed) into a single lot; owners plan to build a home outside the flood plain. Lead Survey Technician Tyler Lanning told the board the Surveyor's Office approved because the site would have "plenty of drainage."
