The DeKalb County Drainage Board approved the minutes from its Aug. 6, 2026 meeting after Commissioner James A. Miller moved to accept the minutes with a spelling correction changing 'Kelly' to 'Kellen.' Chairman Bruce Bell II called for a vote and the motion carried.
