Several public commenters asked the council to provide more information and translated materials before advancing any Flock or similar automated license-plate recognition contract. "Out of 200 students who were surveyed, approximately 70% said that they do not support flock cameras," Gary Jeffrey said, summarizing student survey results presented to the council.
