Matt Adams, the city—s accounting and revenue manager, told the council the proposed Tyler time-and-attendance module would capture exact clock-in and clock-out times, enable advanced scheduling and allow remote clocking via a mobile app with geofencing. "It literally tracks by the hour and minute when they clocked in, when they clocked out," Adams said during his presentation.
