Cold Spring adopts updated fee schedule, including escrow and meter changes
Trustees adopted an amended fee schedule (tentatively Resolution 35-2026) updating escrow requirements for public hearings and clarifying meter/manual-read policies; the resolution was adopted in session and will take effect per the adopted exhibit.

The board reviewed a proposed update to the village fee schedule and adopted the amended schedule during the Aug. 12 meeting. Items highlighted included raising the escrow for some hearings (staff recommended increasing certain escrows where attorney time is likely), clarifying quarterly manual reads for inaccessible meters, and updating off-street parking waiver amounts to $1,000 per space (as transcribed).
