Cold Spring approves Chamber's Halloween parade for Oct. 24

Trustees granted the Chamber of Commerce permission to stage the annual Halloween parade on Oct. 24, 2026, between 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., with the route noted as St. Mary's/Band Route 9D to Main Street. The board clarified that approval covered the parade itself and that certain uses of St. Mary's lawn could be adjusted as the church finalizes its own approvals.
