Union City Borough posted a public hearing for Aug. 11, 2026 to receive information and public comment on a codification amendment that explicitly references Zoning Ordinance #1118. The posted agenda says the codification "will provide for the repeal of certain legislation not included therein; to save from repeal certain other legislation not included therein; and to provide penalties for tampering with the code."
