Staff to return with visuals, examples and recommendations on permits, enforcement, and thresholds

At the close of the July 19 workshop staff summarized follow‑up tasks and next steps. Johanna Blanco said staff will provide example visuals showing how different sign square‑foot allowances look at human scale, gather example language from other communities, and confirm technical regulations in the outdoor lighting ordinance.
