A recurring theme in the July 19 workshop was the relationship between signage and the city’s outdoor lighting standards. Multiple commissioners urged that technical lighting parameters—color temperature, lumen budgets, shielding—remain in MOLO and be cross‑referenced by the sign code rather than redefined in two places.
