The town clerk presented proposed amendments to the public records request policy and a revised fee schedule at the Nov. 17 meeting. The policy was updated to add a disclaimer that the town does not carry title insurance and to require requesters to identify specific book/volume/page or records rather than generic requests. The clerk said the changes are largely legal clarifications and administrative alignments.
