Planning Board identifies 407 Webster Street as priority; other code cases closed
Town staff reported stepped-up code enforcement and said Case #25-04 (407 Webster Street) is nearly settled; Center Street (Case #25-05) and Madison Street (Case #25-06) were reported closed. Staff asked board members to continue surveying and reporting problem properties.

Town Manager Jerome Chestnut told the Planning Board the town has increased code enforcement activity to reduce blight and address safety concerns. He identified 407 Webster Street (Case #25-04) as a current priority and said the case is nearly settled; he also reported that cases on Center Street (Case #25-05) and Madison Street (Case #25-06) have been addressed and closed.
