The Vadnais Heights City Council on Sept. 1 approved a Conditional Use Permit for Schmitty & Sons to operate a bus company at 4000 Labore Road. Planning/Community Development Director Nolan Wall told the council the proposed transportation and transit uses fit city code standards but will carry conditions related to exterior vehicle washing and environmental protections around fuel storage.
