The Elk Run Heights City Council voted May 12 to approve an engineering agreement with Bolten & Menk to perform initial design work for High Street. The motion (Wilson/Sallis) passed unanimously with a 5–0 vote, authorizing the city to proceed with preliminary engineering and design procurement.
