Following a closed executive session on personnel, the Board reconvened and considered a motion to approve an agreement between Sweetwater County and the Sweetwater County Sheriff's Office. Commissioner Richards moved to approve the agreement and Commissioner Jones seconded; the motion passed unanimously and the chairman was authorized to execute the agreement and related documents.
