A representative of the District Attorney's office presented a revised resolution that struck language implying repeated audit findings for fiscal years 2023 and 2024 and instead referenced only the draft fiscal year 2025 State Auditor finding about timely reconciliation between the county clerk and the treasurer. The DA's office said the change corrected factual errors in the earlier draft and noted the 2023 and 2024 reports did not contain the same wording.
