Michael McGinnis, director of the Box Elder County Public Defender's Office, presented an interlocal agreement (No. 26-51) renewing the county’s indigent defense services arrangement with Cache County. McGinnis said the contract is a continuation of the management arrangement the county has used for the public defender’s office.
