After reading the findings and discussing the restoration plan, the Eastham Planning Board approved the application but listed specific corrections staff must confirm before permits are issued. Clerk Steve read four corrections to be required: add appropriate plan dimensions, correct the bathroom count (plans currently list five but the project will have four), change the greenhouse label to windows, and correct duplicate elevation labels where "west" and "south" were confused.
