The Commissioners’ Court upheld County Engineer denials of three permit applications in the Six Hills Ranch subdivision (Tracts 7, 10 and 34), with two decisions carrying 4-1 and one carrying 3-2; properties were represented by Mr. Patrick Cohoon.
