The board on Aug. 11 authorized Trustee Glen Lester to serve as the Town of Pierce’s voting representative at a special NPIC shareholder meeting on Aug. 25, 2025 concerning water that had not been allocated to municipalities as expected. Trustee Larry VanWhy made the motion, naming Mike Lester as the alternate; the motion passed unanimously.
