Commission tables multiple 3 MW solar applications pending engineers’ comments
The commission reviewed several 3 MW photovoltaic projects (PAL115, PAL113, PAL112 and others). Most were tabled pending engineer reviews, NPDES or decommissioning plan clarification; one received conditional/preliminary approval pending solicitor input on decommissioning.

Commissioners considered multiple solar applications from PIVOT and Pivot Energy, including PAL115 Tarbox (Canton), PAL113 (Sheshequin) and PAL112 (Bonin). The Tarbox submission includes approximately 6,625 panels with a listed site DC capacity of 3.842 MW DC; the PAL113 filing lists about 6,360 panels and 3.6888 MW DC. For several applications, the county engineer issued comments and NPDES items remained unresolved, so the commission voted to table further action until engineer responses arrive.
