Adam Trapp, director of the Webster Public Library, told the town board that library use has grown significantly in recent years and that the library is reporting higher borrowing, door counts and program attendance than before the pandemic. "My name is Adam Trapp. I'm the director at Webster Public Library," he said as he introduced usage statistics showing active borrower rates rising from roughly 27% to about 35% of Webster's population and program attendance eclipsing pre-COVID highs.
