The River Ridge Community Development District on April 28 approved a not-to-exceed $1,111,860 contract with The Clark Construction Group, Inc. to complete four phases of stormwater management and drainage improvements, including an additional 5% contingency added to account for unknown unit costs such as tree removal and sprinkler adjustments.
