Lewis County sets hearing, files agreement with Spradleys on Peterson Road vacation

Lewis County commissioners approved a notice item on Sept. 15 to set a public hearing for Oct. 13, 2026, on an agreement between the county and Galen and Christine Spradley concerning the Spradleys’ petition to vacate a portion of Peterson Road. Kimberly Edminster of Public Works described the document as a legal notice to allow the county to receive public testimony and to allow the board to consider the proposed agreement.
