The City Commission adopted resolutions 10620 and 10621 to allow a two‑year downtown TIF commitment to support the Downtown Development Partnership (DDP). Staff recommended authorizing up to $135,075 for fiscal year 2026 and the same amount for fiscal year 2027, allocated as $23,375 for DDP operating support, $44,700 toward 50% of the downtown business development officer's direct costs, and $63,000 for downtown projects including Arts Fest Montana and the traffic‑box art project.
