The commission appointed Brian Patrick to fill a vacancy on the Library Board for a term ending June 30, 2031. City staff said candidate interviews were held and the Library Board recommended Brian Patrick following a special meeting; one applicant withdrew and expressed support for Patrick prior to tonight’s vote.
