Kent County Levy Court on Sept. 15 approved a design-amendment proposal from Century Engineering to revise and finalize Phase 2 plans for relocating a 30-inch transmission force main associated with the Route 13 widening project. Staff said Phase 1 installation was completed and Phase 2 requires design revisions based on field findings (installation depth, material selection, air entrapment and alignments).
