The full story

Planning staff told the board they had received a memorandum and email from Dan Potash conveying a proposal from the Mendocino Preservation Foundation to hold training for the Mendocino Historical Review Board. Staff said the proposal has been reviewed internally and that county counsel and the office are evaluating whether an outside consultant should present or whether training should be provided through Planning and Building Services. Staff requested input and noted any workshop would need to be an agendaed, noticed meeting to comply with the Brown Act if two or more board members attend.
