Finance panel approves $3,100 transfer to close out Phase III Cell 1 solid-waste project
The committee approved transferring $3,100 in the Solid Waste Fund to pay the remaining balance on the Phase III Cell 1 project, which was completed in 2025; the county said the amount was not appropriated by ordinance so funds were moved from an already-appropriated line.

Chairwoman McGrew introduced a transfer of $3,100 from the Repair Parts line item in the Solid Waste Fund (Solid Waste budget) to Improvements Other Than Buildings to pay the remaining balance on the Phase III Cell 1 Project, completed in 2025. Vice-Chairman Brown moved to approve and Justice Anderson seconded the motion.
