County adopts 2024 International Code Series and 2025 Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code

At a 9:30 a.m. public hearing, Chief Building Official David Danielson presented Resolution 26-19 to adopt the 2024 International Code Series across applicable code categories and to adopt the 2025 Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code for Clear Creek County's unincorporated areas. "No public comment was received," the record shows, and Fire Chief Jeremy Jones confirmed that the Fire District is supportive of the adoption of the Code. The board approved the resolution by motion (Commissioner Hartman‑Ball moved; Commissioner Marlin seconded) and the motion passed unanimously.
