Board approves superintendent contract amendment and remands grievance for additional record
After a closed session under Texas Government Code 551.074, the board approved a first amendment to the superintendent's employment contract and approved remanding an employee grievance (A.G.) for development of an adequate record; both actions were approved 5-0 on reconvening.

The board entered closed session at 7:22 PM under Texas Government Code 551.074 to discuss possible revisions to the superintendent's employment contract and a grievance filed by an employee identified as A.G. When the board returned to open session at 7:42 PM trustees approved a 1st Amendment to the Superintendent's employment contract and approved the administration's request to remand the grievance filed by A.G. for the development of an adequate record in accordance with DGBA (Local). Both motions were moved and seconded in open session and carried 5-0.
