Plan Commission certifies Henke comprehensive-plan amendment to Town Council
The commission untabled and certified CP-25-100 (a proposed amendment to the Thrive Comprehensive Plan to incorporate the Henke Project) and recommended it favorably to Town Council after staff summarized prior outreach and public FAQ efforts.

Staff summarized outreach conducted since the commission first heard CP-25-100 in January, including an open house, FAQ distribution and multiple public meetings associated with the annexation process. Kevin Whaley asked the commission to untable a closed hearing and, if the commission agreed, to forward the amendment to Town Council with a favorable recommendation.
