The Department of Development asked the board to approve a personnel hire and to authorize an RFP for an electronic permitting and plan-review platform that would integrate with the county's Exela system. Development also presented airport items, including a successor ground lease for Hangar T9 and a Stantec consulting contract related to medium‑intensity runway lighting.
