Multnomah County commissioners met in a virtual work session to discuss priorities the county will advance in the 2027 state legislative session. Stacy Cowan, director of government relations, said the GR team collects departmental concepts year-round, vets proposals against the county's capacity to lead and seeks unanimous board support on the final agenda.
