The board approved a revision to board policy FDA (LOCAL) concerning interdistrict transfers. The changes remove the phrases "as well as any special programs" (first sentence) and "or program" (second sentence) from item one in the list of factors considered for transfers; the motion passed unanimously on Aug. 11.
