Commissioners approve contracts and routine county agreements
The board approved several routine agreements including amended appraisal services with T.Y. Pickett & Co., a Terra GIS renewal, tax-roll corrections, a marketing rate agreement, a public-health lease amendment, and extended a fairgrounds roof completion date.

Several routine contracts and corrections were approved without extended debate. The board adopted an amended and restated agreement with T.Y. Pickett & Company for industrial appraisal services (used for private-wind-farm valuations) after staff said one wind farm sale to a public utility changes who assesses the property. Commissioners also approved a one-year Terra GIS map-server renewal with a $342 price increase and approved tax-roll corrections for Nicholas & Tangan LLC ($39.93) and Mountain Cement Company ($24,887.93).
