The Land Records Committee voted Aug. 4 to accept a written offer from Decorah Properties, LLC to purchase Oneida County parcel RH-9333-1001 (1991 W Winnebago St, City of Rhinelander) for $718,000.00 and to forward a resolution to the County Board.
