IT Director Jason Rhodes described a multi-year Countywide Network Infrastructure Upgrade and asked the Executive Committee to include $280,000 in the 2027 General Fund request. Rhodes said hardware costs have risen roughly 15–20 percent and that the department currently holds $586,000 in Continuing Appropriations, with $105,000 already committed to phase 1 of the project.
