Buildings and Grounds presented a multi-year fire-panel upgrade (budgeted $50,000 year one, $250,000 year two), a $50,000 Courthouse plaster repair, a proposed $85,000 walk-in refrigeration electrical/mechanical update at the LEC, and a $115,000 Timber Drive parking lot reconstruction as part of the 2027 CIP requests.

Buildings and Grounds Director Troy Huber presented a slate of facility projects the committee rated mostly as high priority. Huber described a three-year plan to upgrade fire panels across county facilities, noting "Year one was budgeted for $50,000 and year two is budgeted for $250,000." He also flagged a $50,000 Courthouse plaster repair tied to prior roof problems and a Timber Drive parking-lot reconstruction estimated at $115,000 that could be deferred at higher future cost.
