Director Linda Conlon presented Melissa Bryner with a 5‑Year Service Award during the Oneida County Board of Health Committee meeting on Sept. 8, 2026. The minutes state Bryner joined the Health Department near the beginning of the COVID pandemic and currently oversees the immunization program.
