Committee approves access license for Seidel, refunds 50% of prior fees
The committee approved a corrected access license with landowner Seidel for the Cassian ski/bike trail access road and voted to refund 50% of fees previously paid after staff discovered an easement did not exist.

The Oneida County Forestry, Land & Recreation Committee voted to approve a proposed access license with a landowner identified as Seidel and to refund half of prior access license fees he had paid. The motion was moved by Schultz, seconded by Chair Robert Almekinder and carried unanimously.
