Jackson County commissioners voted unanimously Feb. 2 to elect to use an Oklahoma Department of Transportation pre‑approved turnkey service provider for right‑of‑way acquisition related to county projects.

The Jackson County Board of Commissioners voted to elect use of an Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) pre‑approved service provider for turnkey right‑of‑way acquisition. Member Kirk Butler moved to approve the election, Vice Chairman Rhet Johnson seconded, and Chairman Mike Wallace joined the unanimous aye vote.
